The development is targeting carbon neutrality and will incorporate a number of sustainability features aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and which will help it achieve WELL ‘Core’ accreditation.

Kingsditch Retail Park

iGen are installing 9 solar power systems at Kingsditch retail park in Cheltenham. The systems total 110 kWp and will generate 85,407 kWh per year. The new development is located 2 miles from the west of Cheltenham Town Centre and the new businesses will benefit from reduced energy costs and improved BREEAM ratings.
